Answer: The sticker on my Hi-Tec Logan says Made in China.

Answer: I normally wear an 8 shoe; sometimes an 8.5 - depends on the cut. Or in the case of hiking boots, if I'm going to wear thick socks (which I do in hiking boots). The ones that I bought are 8.5 and they're very comfortable.

Answer: there is a "holder" for phone to slide into. There are no magnets to hold the "lid"closed. I used 2 velcro dots with a leather strap to hold closed
