Answer:	It's usually good to choose a half size more, especially if you have to wear thick dress socks. However you can wait out the process of the shoe " stretching".

Answer:	So far, I haven’t had any issues. I utilize the chamois that came with the glasses to wipe the lenses, as needed. I’m careful to use some kind of lubricant, first, if there is anything crusted in the lenses , such as bugs or mud.
