After that attachment point releases you can pull it across to detach the point of connection. Question:	Anyone out there use these for running and / or fishing in hot humid environments? Do they fog up easy
Answer:	On hot humid days I have never had a problem. Great at blocking sun glare off the water as well.

Answer:	Not sure how to correctly judge this. They include a card that has an image of a road that is called a "polarized test", that has 3 vehicles in it that I can't see without the glasses on. I like them a lot.
