The diameter of the handle is a little bigger than I would ideally like for one-handed exercises (I have a 26 lb kb, and I'm a 5'8", 125 lb woman), but I think in the long run it's just helping to make my grip and my forearms stronger. Two-handed exercises are no problem. My husband has the same one in 35 lbs, and the handle is the same diameter.

Answer:	If you mean a stopwatch, then yes. You get to it by Menu -> Clock -> Stopwatch. It's only a simple stopwatch, with start/stop/reset controls only. There's no lap time or split time options.
