Answer:	Yes. It will fit a little awkward for a day or so but then it goes back to normal feeling. I wash mine with no lasting issues.

Answer:	Yes I experience the same problem I'm not quite sure what measurement system they are using, but what I did was to wet the band in the cap and wear it for several minutes and it took the shape and size of my head.

Answer:	I think when it's stretched out it's probably the elastic has worn out. Then the hat is big, can't shrink it back. At least been my experience. I have 2 Mizuno stretch fit hats and they are both stretched. Don't fit anymore. Just from sitting a long time.
