Answer:	Just to make sure, these steps will only work for above ground pools if you have some form of deck around, or next to the pool. The height to the top step is 47" and my pool is 52" tall. The steps are a perfect fit and I feel that they would work very well in a 54" pool. We love these steps! I hope this has been helpful.

Answer:	Once assembled, the weight of these stairs is about 40 lbs without the sand. If your pool is completely above ground, you'll need strong bodies (2 in the pool and 2 outside the pool) to properly lift and place the stairs into the pool (you have to be careful not to inadvertantly poke/rip your liner with a stair edge or corner). I mention this because you will need to fill the stairs with sand first before placing them in the pool and the added weight of the sand will most likely make it a challenge to get the stairs into the pool. Our pool is partially surrounded by a deck so we're fortunate that we don't have to lift very much (my wife and I, both in our 40's, can get them into our above-ground pool fairly easy), but the stairs themselves are durably constructed and they're by far the best stairs we've had. They also take up less space in the pool. Another bonus - no more having to clean sand from the pool with the other stairs that are weighed down by sand bags!

Answer:	Hi, I put this stair system in last summer. My deck is built around a 27' X 48" round pool. It works great. I did have to re-enforce the top step, that attaches to the deck, because the area I wanted it was a little higher than 48". No big deal, just a piece of wood 2" x 4" x 6" the length of the top step. This is the second season I used the steps and could not be more pleased.

Answer:	My pool is 52 inches deep from bottom to the top of the rail. The steps are 5 inches below the top of top rail so the top step is 47 inches high from the bottom of the pool. You will have a 7 inch step up. I have a above ground pool. These are nice steps very easy getting in and out but the bottom step is a bit high. Also they maybe very heavy to pull out in the fall as there is sand and water in the side rails which is needed to keep them from floating. Hope this helps Good luck

Answer:	Many different cartridge manufacturers use a different number of bands when making these filter cartridge replacements, but the number of bands does not affect the performance or lifespan of the cartridges. When installed water flows from the outside of the cartridge to the inside, so the water pressure in the tank holds everything together itself, making the outer bands more of an aesthetic feature than anything else. Also we have not come across many issues of these bands coming disconnected or unglued prematurely.

Answer:	It really depends on your skin. Some people's skin are a bit more sensitive than others. I would test it out on a small portion of your face and see how it goes. On average maybe wait a week.

Answer:	I know this is 30% Salicilic acid which is the percentage used for expensive professional peels. It is a clear liquid. It looks like water. It does burn the 1st time you use it. Make sure you purchase the neutralizer along with this product.

Answer:	Not sure about whiteheads, as I am past the acne phase. But, it does help to shrink my poors and helps with my blackheads. But, it should be noted that I have very oily skin that isn't sensitive. This peel (as any peel) has a very drying effect, which is why I like it so much. However, since you already have dry skin, it may be too much for your skin to handle. I would recommend giving it a try by testing a small area first.

Answer:	The only thing you would need to neutralize the acid is baking soda. That is if it feels to strong on your skin, you take a little baking soda and water mixed together and wipe it on your skin. This works pretty much instantly. For moisturizer I use Cetaphil. But you should choose a moisturizer that works for your skin type. Hope this was helpful.

Answer:	They can be cleaned. I clean and rotate them around to make them last longer as one filter, for the continuous recycle (Hot Springs), gets dirty a lot faster than the others. Just spray them off. A set will last me about 13-14 months doing it this way.

If you already know your filter cartridge's part number or the replacement number, you can use the search the part number on our product page to quickly confirm whether the filter is compatible.

If you do not know the replacement part number for your cartridge, then choosing the right cartridge can be accomplished by measuring your existing one. Use the following steps as a guide:

1. Measure the outside diameter of the cartridge in inches (+/- 1/16th inch)

2. Measure cartridge length from end cap to end cap (+/- 1/16th inch). Exclude any handles or extensions.

3. Identify the correct top and bottom type. If the top and/or bottom is open, measure the inside diameter of the opening (+/- 1/16th inch). If the end cap is closed make note of its identifying features.

4. Make note of the manufacturer and model number of the filter into which the replacement cartridge will be installed.

5. Take note whether or not there is a center core (PVC pipe in center).
