Answer:	I measured my husbands - it is about 9.75" wide and 8.75" high when I stretched it like it would go over the head - it went to 12 inches from the 9 3/4 inches. He really likes this and prefers it to the mask type thing that has straps over the ears. He wears it as a neck warmer and pulls it up over his nose when he has to be out in the cold air. Someone in his cardiac rehab saw it and really liked it and asked where he got it so he is taking the information to rehab tomorrow.
