I was offered a discount on the price or a return and full replacement. You will need to do the same. I took my bag on a trip to South Africa, Namibia and Botswana 12 months ago and was very happy with it.

Answer:	Yes it should. We strap a 24 case of beer or a big carry on to our luggage when going to this vacation island we go to. Depending on what you strap, you do want it tight otherwise whatever you have strapped will start sliding to the side as the weight shifts and then you will lose your load.

Answer:	I'm sure if you can find them on line but the usage is fairly simple, once you understand how it goes.1) The is the somewhat triangular, narrower end. Use the plastic thumb latch to fasten the nylon strap around the top handle of your luggage. It should by very close to the telescoping handle is located. Let the bungee hang down the front of your carry-on luggage.2) Please the bag or attache on top of the luggage, rest it against the telecoped handle.3) Pull the bungee up from below the bag, attache or item to be secured and put the broad, wider end over the top of the carry-on's handle. (If needed you can snug up the bungee straps but mine doesn't needed it.)4) In the middle of the bungee is another horizontal strap with a logo on it. I usually center this on my secured bag. I kind of looks like the center strap on the suspenders on a pair of leiderhosen. (Think of of the little Von Trappe boys in the Sound of Music.) This is pretty much how I do it. I hope this helps.

Answer:	I have this bag the dimensions advertised are when it is closed as the first photo, open on top of the bag the dimensions are 19.5 inches length, 12.8 inches width and 2.5 - 3 inches height depending on what you have in the pockets. I use this toiletries bag constantly it’s terrific, I hope this helps

Answer:	If the backpack has a handle on top, it will. This item is basically a heavy plastic hook and a short strap, so it will hold anything with a handle. It connects the top handle of the suitcase to the top handle of a smaller bag or backpack. I've used it with a backpack.
