Answer:	I'm lovingly called "picky Patty", so I'll attest to the quality and performance of this product. It's been 2 months and 6 large quilts remain at the bottom of my linen closet sealed perfectly tight. These quilts are large and heavy and I might have squeezed two in that closet but, due to this amazingly great bag I have all of them in there and it's neat as a pin!!! I'm ordering the smaller size as I want to see how they works for traveling, I'm impressed!!!!!

Answer:	I have been using Space Saver bags for a very long time and I haven't ever had a problem with the storage bags reinflating or any pin holes. I'm a savage when I pack them and use the vacuum or traveling pump and promptly to place the lid back on. I also prefer to storage them in plastic bins. I think that helps a lot.

Answer:	There is no zipper or velcro of any kind but if you get one that is plenty big enough and your dog holds still you can get it on ok. PS - An x-large is what I have for an 18 lb dog. They run very small.

Answer:	Hi there! I purchased the size small for my 7lb min pin. And the fit is perfect. My aunt has an 11lb shih tzu and she purchased the medium. And the fit is just right. Just bear in mind, there is little to no stretch to this sweater. But it is very easy to put on and very very well made. U hope this helps you.

Answer:	Very easy. I used a cordless drill for the anchors and a srewdriver for every thing else. 30 minutes is plenty of time for the install.

Answer:	If your ceiling is 8 feet or so, the chains are adjustable and at their full length should make it low enough to reach. My wife is under 5 feet and she can reach.

Answer:	The rack its self is plenty strong enough to hold the weight of cast iron and then some. The only issue you might have is in the way you hang it. If you hang is as directed with the hooks it comes with you will be fine. The hooks it comes with are heavy duty and screw into the ceiling joist. The pot hooks are 1/4" hardened steel. The chains are 1/4" chrome steel and should hold 100 pounds or more per chain. Bottom line, if you're hanging cast iron this is the one to buy.
Question:	do these cause problems with customs when traveling overseas
Answer:	I have a 12 inch cast iron skillet that hangs from this thing, plus two large stock pots, two saute pans, and a sauce pot. If you secure it to the ceiling studs it's gonna be as strong as it needs to be. If you plan to do circus trapeze acts with elephants with it...you're gonna be disappointed. If you like how it looks, and if you install it properly it's gonna get the job done. Plain and simple.

Question:	Will the Dyson vacuum cleaner work for sealing
Answer:	Hi, travel bags don't need a pump or a vacuum cleaner to vacuum air out. What you need to do is just roll the bag from the zipper to the bottom. And the air wil be out from the bottom of the bag.
Question:	If the bag gets a hole (cat bit it) is there a way to seal it? Packing Tape
Answer:	I haven’t had any damage to the plastic with regards to the zippers. All materials appear to work very well together.
Question:	Are these waterproof when submerged
Answer:	That depends on the clothes. The items I take when traveling either don’t wrinkle easily or, if they do, the wrinkles disappear after we arrive at the hotel and unpack. We wouldn’t use compression bags for things that need ironing before wearing.
Question:	Is the bottom of the bag gussetted
Answer:	I found that I didn't need a vacuum, mainly because the cheap, flimsy zipper(s) broke Super easily, no matter how careful I was, and wouldn't go back on the bag(s). So mine didn't vacuum close anyway. But they do save some save and compress clothing, esp a heavy down coat, anyway.

Question:	Can you roll these after you vacuum them
Answer:	Not so sure about, I am not familiar with the Dyson vacuum cleaner but if it has a hose where you can attach different parts of a vacuum, let say lIke a vacuum brush or a corner device then you can use the hose to remove the air in the storage bag, Use a flat surface To do it in case the vacuum is not that strong so you can put some weight on the bag to help the vacuum.

Answer:	In this picture the ceiling hooks are verticle,althogh the hooks are 2' oc and our joist are 16" oc.So we went 32" and this makes your hooks on a 45 degree angle and moves everything closer to the ceiling.If installed as picture appears the distance from hooks to lip is about 20 to 22" from ceiling.This makes your pots and pans hook at or about 72" from the floor or 24" from ceiling.
Question:	When folded can it be a carry on or does it need to be checked in when flying
Answer:	The one I bought has HD (3/8") lag-type hooks that thread into a ceiling joist. Make CERTAIN that these are very secure, as they will be holding a lot of weight. I added gorilla glue to the hole before threading the hook into it. I am constantly checking these to make sure I don't have any problems. None so far - 3 years.

Answer:	...from bolt center to bolt center is 16"....this is a very heavy rack and must be installed into studs.....installed properly, it will hold just about every pot and pan in your kitchen...my husband pre-drilled holes into the stud before screwing in the hooks...(I do not hang my cast iron on it...) plenty of room on top for lids....I love this rack!

Step 2: Close the bag

Firmly grasp the sure-zip slider using your thumb and index finger. Then, slide the zipper across the top of the bag. Make sure to slide the zipper back and forth at least twice. Press down a little harder to ensure a tight seal has been made, and no air will leak out

Step 3: Place the vacuum hose into the valve

Place the circular hose onto the valve, Make sure to place the hose in the center of the valve. The circular end of the hose should completely fill the valve. When the bag stops shrinking, this signals that you have completed the sealing process

Step 4: Close the lid

Once you have finished vacuum sealing the bag, remove the vacuum hose from the valve and close the lid on the bag. This will prevent any air from escaping the bag

Answer:	Thank you for your question. There is a one way valve at the bottom of these bags that pushes the air out. You should insert your clothes into the bags and place them evenly inside it. Try not to push the clothes all the way "down" as it the valve is fully covered by the clothes, there won't be enough room for the air to pass through and leave the bag. It is also important to highlight that you should roll the bags from the zipper down.
