Answer:	8/27/18 - Perhaps the zippers were YKK back in 2016 when someone said they were, but if no YKK branding appears on the zipper and it's pull, I don't believe it is YKK. Just received mine with no zipper branding, although seems as good as YKK.

Question:	Are the sides soft whereby they could be squeezed somewhat if needed in order to put in suitcase

Answer:	I love these for packing my children’s clothes. I assign a cube per child, this way I don’t have to rummage through the entire suitcase case making a mess of it every time I need something for one of them. If i remember correctly I was able to pack 3 days worth of outfits including pj’s. My children are 6, 4 and 2 years old so clothing is not too big. This makes mommy’s life so much easier.
