Question:	If I buy them from "Ships from and sold by Amazon.com", will they be leather as described or vinyl as so many have received
Answer:	No it won't hold a letter (8.5 x 11) sized pad. I tried to put in a few sheets of paper from work and had to push the corners in for them to fit. This bag exactly fits the size of an iPad, nothing longer. Too bad because other than that and the short strap, I really liked it.

Answer:	I use it as a cross body (the bag stays in my back). And yes, you can use it hanging on a single shoulder too, but I prefer to cross it in my back because that leaves my hands free

Answer:	There is a grey button on the handle, press the button down and pull up the handle to extend the it further. My daughter has been using rolling backpack for one more years. It is a durable one.

Answer:	The heavy canvas repels water but the material is not waterproof

Answer:	We haven’t tried flying with it. We have only used it for car trips but I would guess there might be oversized baggage charges if you tried to check it with the airlines.

Answer:	I haven't tried a MacBook Pro, but we do have a Lenovo Yoga 11, which is similar in size and...it absolutely does NOT fit. It's just a tad too long to close the zipper comfortably. According to Amazon the Yoga is 11.7" wide while the MacBook Pro 11 according to numerous sources is a tad bigger at 11.8".

Answer:	Yes, Surface Pro in the sleeve, stylus in the front pocket, and charger in the main pocket. I also carry a pair of Bose wireless headphones in there, plenty of space.

Answer:	There are 3 compartments with the largest being 12 1/2 inches high , 16 1/2 inches long and 10 1/2 inches wide. The 2 compartments on both ends are 12 1/2 inches high , 3 3/4 inches long and 10 1/2 inches wide. This bag is very roomy and I've had no quality issues with it. My 15 year old son is using it and it is holding up great! I would recommend this!

Answer:	I measured this bag empty and it generally appears to be 25" long, 12" wide, and 12" deep. Filled it will be deeper.It's a great bag but seems bigger than your max requirement.

Question:	Can the tags be traced when put inside luggage (i.e., as a backup if the outer tag comes off
Answer:	The Height measurement is the diameter of the tube-shaped ("round") duffel bag. And the Width measure--40 inches--is really the length. I would have advertised it as "40 inches long". But I suppose if you're looking at it straight on as it appears in the picture you might think of that as the width. Anyhow, it's not 48 or 50 inches long, only 40. Good luck in finding a bigger one.

Answer:	Yes. 11 sets of clothes but probably not clothes and 11 pairs of shoes.

Answer:	Yes, the bag does have feet. They are approximately 3/8 of an inch high or short. I hope my response helps you.

Answer:	Airlines calculate their 62" rule totaling all linear dimensions (length + width + height). This bag exceeds 62" by that calculation. It is a duffle though (not rigid) and they may not check or care but be ready for an oversized bag fee just in case.
Question:	will it work if it is inside the luggage
Answer:	I'm sorry but me, myself are not exactly sure what the dimensions are, but I am very satisfied with the bag and its a sturdy bag that can hold around or up to 70lbs. I kno so because I traveled on the bus for 2 days and my bag weighed at 67.5lbs

Answer:	It should but it is wise also to check the other dimensions of the speaker

Answer:	If by "meet airline size requirements", you are referring to carry-on restrictions it may be a bit big. Depending on the airline and how strict they are, and how full you pack it, you may be able to get buy. If you are checking it, the size is a non-issue. You can check your airlines size requirements on their website against the dimensions of this bag.

Question:	Is the synthetic leather made with PVC
Answer:	I would not put too much weight in it. I checked this bag into the airport with about 45lbs in it and the strap broke off due to the weight. I would maybe recommend no more than 25lbs

Answer:	For sure. I travel every second month using this bag and carry over 50 pounds. I usually put my things in a rigid box inside the bag to protect them when it's not clothes. I bought it about a year ago and it's holding. Just a few small holes on the bottom. But I do fly a lot with it. Would totally recommend it.

Answer:	The strap of the leather luggage tag is 6.75 inches long. You fasten the strap like a belt, and when it is fastened to the hole closest to the end to make the widest possible loop, the strap is 6 inches in circumference.
