Answer:	No these are not meant for mitt work, these are for the punchers, to serve the punches, not for the trainers, to receive the punches. these are for the trainees, not the trainers.
Question:	How hard to put on and take off
Answer:	No not really, they fit snug tho with two Velcro straps. One small one on top of the back of your hand/wrist the other is a wrap around your wrist area. You want them tight bc if not the sliding around inside when you’re punching would be bad.
Question:	Are these gloves designed for a speed bag
Answer:	I bought them to hit a heavy bag and turns out they’re really not padded enough for any extended hitting. However, they might work just right for a speed bag. We don’t have a speed bag at our gym.

Answer:	I use them for weighted bag at the gym and have no problems. So the padding is good and sufficient in my opinion. padding thickness is about as thick as two quarters stacked.

Answer:	They fit comfortable in a pair of boxing gloves so I would imagine they would fit in a baseball glove. However there is no padding on the open hand portion of gloves. Answer:	You can definitely wash these. I put mine in a netted bag and wash it with like colors in cold water then hang dry.

Answer:	That's more of a personal preference. With boxing, I don't see much reason to wrap the thumb, as long as you punch w proper technique. However, with MMA, your thumbs do factor in more w some types of grappling. So, long story short, if you're boxing, I'd say don't worry about wrapping the thumb, if you're doing MMA, experiment... Try both ways and see what you prefer.
Question:	Does this product surport the wrist well
Answer:	There is a stretchy 3 foot wrap that you can wrap as you wish. Personally I wrap my hand more than my wrist and use with a 12 once boxing glove. Because of the stretch in the wrap I would rate the wrist support moderate. For my purpose this is a very good well made product.

Answer:	No, I expected these to constrict my wrist but that is not the case. I receive ZERO wrist support with these mitts. My gloves fit better when I use them though I have Velcro gloves and these mitts catch on the velcro every time I put them on. I do not recommend this product. If you need wrist support I would look elsewhere, I am.

Answer:	These are a little tight for L, I would definitely label them as medium

Question:	Do these gloves have a metal rod like the older vintage speed gloves
Answer:	No metal rod, but have a type of grip that in my opinion is better. Great gloves for the price. I hit the bag hard and have had no protection problems or sore fists.
Question:	Are these like the non padded everlast speed gloves
Answer:	Yes, these are just like them. This is the only style glove I wear while using the heavy bag. Can't find the Everlast gloves, Title and Rival are out of stock as well. So these have to do the job for me for the time being.
Question:	Use with heavy bag
Answer:	Don't know enough about heavy bags. It does work well on the speed bag though.
