Answer:	Yes. The handles are sturdy although the case is a little heavy especially once you have loaded it. Obviously, you would not pick it up or carry it with the extendable handle, but that slides into the case easily. We have lifted it into and out of the car easily.

Answer:	It will not fit my 17 inch HP ZBook. The physical dimensions of my laptop are 16.37 x 10.7 x 1.33 inches and the padded pocket is too narrow by at least 3/4 inch.

Answer:	Very good laptop bag. My only issue is if you use the bag for work mon thru friday..with wear and tear on the wheels i have had to buy a new bag about every 4-5 months as the wheels can not be replaced

Answer:	The wheels are easy to pull & not at all awkward. Bare in mind that he wheels don't turn, so you're always pulling the luggage behind you. But for me, pulling is not an awkward movement.

Question:	Is there additional room for carrying 2" binder and multiple letter size files
Answer:	Absolutely! There are several sections. I keep my laptop in the back, which also has plenty of space for files. There is another room section where I keep all of my cords, headset, and extras. The smallest section in the front holds pens, my mouse, and anything else small that I might need. There is also a pocket in the back near the handle that I use for my keys and umbrella. It's not quite shaped right for files but you can fit plenty of smallish things back there too.

Answer:	Holds my HP 2560p. Definitely would fit files, wallet, cell phone. It wouldn't fit men's shoes/crocs (I think), but a pair of flats/soft shoes should go it. Lunch.. That would depend on how big your package it. I'm able to fit a small lock -it box with sandwiches inside.

Answer:	I never had problems with the wheels. I traveled every week with this bag for about 2 years, and the wheels never became sticky or dragged. I wheeled it for miles through major cities, and the wheels even stayed quiet. I have had bags with wheels that became very noisy. I like that it was the perfect sized bag to hold everything I needed (except my new computer that is too wide at 14" - I think the previous laptop was 12"), and it fit in small overhead bins on region jets. The only complaint I would have about this bag is the single handle design. I could not place another bag or even a purse on top or it would fall to the side and drag.
