Answer:	Need to? For general use, no. If you expect it to be outside in heavy rain long enough to soak it you might want to use something. Maybe mink oil, neatsfoot oil or saddle soap? Or just about any leather treatment design for leathere for outdsoor use.
Question:	What is the weight of this bag? Does anyone have a mail scale who could weigh it
Answer:	Do you experience bleeding off of a new pair of shoes? No more bleeding than any other dyed leather product. To check when/if you get it just take a soft white cloth like an old t-shirt and try buffing the outside. That would show any "bleeding" and remove any excess dye/polish on the outside.

Answer:	The tag in mine says made in China.
Question:	Can a 12x9 laptop cram into this loose bag
Answer:	I just bought this and the magnets are not hidden. There are two round snaps on the outside of the pockets.

Answer:	You absolutely can stick pins through it, the flap is sturdy enough.

Answer:	First of all, the bag is not water proof but it will take sometime when water goes inside the bag.
Question:	Is this a good bag for a student in highschool? It would need to fit 1 binder, a few notebooks and plenty of stationary supplies
Answer:	No! The opening is only about 10-11". wouldn't fit my 12" wide 13.3" laptop! But it's a cool bag otherwise!

Question:	Is the bag sold by Army Universe of good quality
Answer:	It should be wide enough; but doubt it is tall enough. My 15.6 inch laptop barely fits hight-wise. I would not use it to carry my laptop; it has no padding.

Answer:	If you're looking to use it as a book bag or briefcase it's perfect. Super roomy. I just went on a weekend trip and packed all my items in it and was able to avoid paying for a checked item or carry one fee as it was considered a "personal item".
Question:	I realise the main body of the bag is canvas, but is there any leather/suade involved? (I don't like using these for ethical reasons
