Answer:	This bag is, indeed, Army green. A month ago, while toting it while traveling, a fellow approached me and asked me if I was an Army medic (I'm not). Apparently, he had been in the Army, and this bag was--in his words--"exactly like the kind the medics carried when we were in the field." That should tell you something.

Answer:	The fabric is sturdy and the bag is generously sized. However it has no padding to protect a laptop or tablet, and the bag is "floppy" so if it is not filled it loses its shape and your contents will jumble together. So it's probably best for carrying books and notebooks but not so much as an everyday bag.

Answer:	I've had a few bags like this one and as far as washing goes, it should be fine, but I would attempt a spot wash first before machine washing it, and the colors may run a bit, I remember I had a black canvas bag that lost a bit of color after a wash but it wasn't an issue, kind of gave it a used look that I liked.

Answer:	It's sturdy enough for a school bag - I take one class each semester and it holds my 2-inch text binder and 2 notebooks, plus other random stuff - it's got 2 pockets outside and 3 pockets inside, and is divided into 2 sections. One section is padded for laptop use, and the bottom is completed padded. The bag is almost 6 inches wide, and 15 inches tall.It's also my main bag for paperwork and binders for my job, so it gets used at least 5 days a week. It still looks new - the dark grey color hides daily dirt well.2 things to know: 1) It doesn't have is padded straps - not such a big deal when it's holding a couple pounds. A bit uncomfortable when you're carrying a full laptop, binder, notebook, etc. I'm thinking about buying a couple of strap pads for it.2) While writing this, I noticed the outside fabric is starting to pull out from the seam on the bottom. The seam allowance isn't very deep, so the weight of books, etc. must have caused the seam separation since it's only placed on carpet, going from home to car, to work, to university. Guess I'll contact Everest to find out my repair options!

Answer:	The bag is expandable, pretty sturdy and holds up in the rain. This bag is HUGE. It looks very professional and can hold a lot of weight. I sent this size bag back because I am 5 feet tall and this bag was so big, almost like luggage. I got the 15.6 inch bag and I stuff huge books in it and it holds up so I guess it just depends on the types of things you are putting in 18.5 inch bag. I would say try it. I believe you will really like it.

Answer:	There are separate compartments. I measured the inside of the main compartment. I think it is about 17 inches or a little more going from long end to long end. In the main compartment going from handle to handle direction, I measure 7.5 which I think can bump out more if you don't have much in the other compartment and because the case is made of canvas. From time to bottom, inside, I am measuring around 12.5 inches which I can push up to 15 inches since it is canvas. At first my thought was that the projector would not fit because of the compartments, but now after measuring, I think the main compartment is large enough that it will fit. I think it will work. It is a really sturdy case, is well-made, and would be a good choice. I have no connection or get any compensation from the seller. I wish you the best. I would say, "Go for it!"

Answer:	The big main padded compartment has one zipper. This is the compartment that the laptop will be placed. The laptop sleeve has a Velcro strap. So the laptop plus plenty of other stuff will fit here. The compartment in front of that (which is good size) used for pens, and other items has two zippers. The smaller compartment in front of that has one zipper. The still smaller compartment in front of that has one zipper. That finishes the front of the case. The rear (not padded) compartment (with the divider) has two zippers. The compartment in front of that has one zipper at the top and one at the bottom so that the bag can slide over a luggage handle.
