Answer:	If you like a close fitting shirt under scrubs, then yes. The fabric is very stretchy. I have a small and I normally wear an extra large. If I wanted a looser fit, I'd probably get a medium, but I don't like it to be bulky.

Wikipedia says that Spandex, Lycra or elastane is a synthetic fiber known for its exceptional elasticity. This means its the same thing just may be named differently (for other countries as it is imported). The 92% is Viscose is both a semi-synthetic fabric, formerly called viscose rayon. I guess they did not want the header to be too long, so they cut out the 8% spandex but showed it under the specifications. I hoped I helped :).

Answer:	I haven't had mine for very long, but so far so good. I have dresses in mine that range from sateens to cotton's to blends. So far no marks. I can't imagine that it would dye the fabric though.
