Answer:	When my cat had an accident in this carrier, I realized after I'd washed the cushion, that the canvas fabric of the carrier still smelled. I contacted the PetLuv company to see what they recommended I do but they never responded. So, I bought some soap meant to get pet urine smells out, took the carrier off the frame and put the canvas it in the washing machine on cold wash, gentle/delicate cycle and then let it air dry. It did the trick! The carrier canvas did not shrink in the process and the smell was gone.

Answer:	I find the medium to be perfect for getting right to 50lbs. Usually my wife will pack it tight and it’ll end up around 46lbs. With a large, it would definitely be over the weight limit. YMMV based on what you pack, of course.

Answer:	They made me gatecheck this bag on a packed flight with American Airlines. It is slightly bigger than the max size for a carry on, so whether you have to gatecheck it or not is up to their discretion. Answer:	I suppose if you filled every inch to maximum capacity then you might and I was unable to fill to capacity because I would have been over weight so it did scrunch a bit. I packed it to 48 pounds and it scrunched and it was not over weight or over sized. I chose not to use the side pockets which would have made it fatter and I didn't want it getting caught on any equipment going thru the luggage tunnels at an airport. For a road trip I would have had them all full. I also used some long mailing boxes for the insides so there was a bit of form and this turned out to be an awesome idea. So, no, I did not have to pay over sized luggage fees.

Question:	I am looking for something that will hold a portable oxygen tank,size is 16" by10" inches deep. Any thoughts
Answer:	It is 20 inches tall and 15 inches wide. I don't know the specs on your oxygen machine. Theoretically it should fit, depending on if your oxygen machine could be manipulated (turned on a side) to slide in . . . but I must caution you . . . it is good, it is sturdy but the weight of the oxygen machine would be a big factor and also if the machine needs to be vented. If you did get it, the sides and bottom are soft, not like a regular suit case, so you might want to put a bottom into it (kinda like what you find in those reusable grocery bags) or sides to protect your machine. I hope this really helps. Now - I gotta tell ya, I saw a luggage kinda bag on wheels at a recent convention I attended and it came in 3 different sizes and had a very sturdy frame, handle etc that would give your machine a bit of protection - If I can find the flyer they gave us, I'll amend my post - I hope this helps. Answer:	I had hoped it might work for my 40 pound shar pei, just to roll around certain places instead of having to control her on leash. I wasn't planning to zip it, just let her sit in it. Unfortunately there was NO way it would roll around comfortably with that much weight in it so I had to return it. I could almost see 2 20 lb dogs being ok (like the guy with the french bulldogs in the other answer) because the weight would be more distributed, but one 40 lb dog sitting in one spot made it impossible. I had to return it, but it was nicely made from what I could tell. 20-25 lbs is really the limit I think.

Answer:	Yes, this carrier is pretty sturdy, which makes it really stable. The carrier won't tilt, your pet would have to be really heavy to do that.

Answer:	I just measured it at Bottom 23"long, 13"wide, it is 12" high and the top length is about 19". It is a well made, light weight carrier. My long torso 21 pound tabby cat fits comfortably in it and thinks it her personal camper van. Hope she still likes it after it transports her to the vet. It is my opinion that the large size is better than the medium for your cat. Purchasing without trying this item out might prove to be a little smaller than expected, so there will be no disappointment with the large size. Hope this helps. jane

Answer:	A large will not fit conveniently under the airline seats. The medium will fit, but I don't think a 20 lb dog will fit in it. The airlines have a limit on the size and are getting much stricter with their guidelines. My dachshund weighs 9-10 lb and fits comfortable in the medium. She is and ESA dog; therefore I leave the top unzipped and put her in the seat with me and put the carrier under the seat. The medium fits nicely on all airlines.
