| Answer: | These bags can fit under seats in most overhead bins. Regarding strapping it to other luggage -I do not think that that it does. However, Would not be hard to put handles over extension arm of other bags. I have never had to try this so not 100%...But I am a BIG fan of these bag as they are durable and despite small size can actually carry a lot. I call them "clown car bag"s as they seem small BUT a LOT can fill up the bag. Totally recommend them. |
