Answer:	I am not sure if I am answering what you asked but the keyboard does not fold. The whole case is a book and the keyboard is inside the case but you can remove it if you just need the case with the IPad. The reason you see the picture with the keyboard looking bigger than the case it's because the keyboard can be adjusted according to your comfort. But once you are done just set in the case and the magnets will hold in place. The keyboard is not bigger than the case. Hope that helps.
