Answer:	You do not untangled the straps you can loosen the straps and use them to wear as a backpack or you can pull them straight from the top to use it around one arm and carry it that way if you need a picture let me know I will send you a picture or video if needed 😉

Answer:	Sorry, I returned this backpack because it was smaller than the Paw Patrol bagpack my son had in Kindergarten. From what I saw I probably would not Would not do iron-on.
