Answer:	I have used this pack every day since May. 2016. It had held up well, has been hurled to the floor or wherever I want to drop it, and has cheerfully carried, at times, my kindle, my phone, my wallet, a paperback book or two, and a change of clothes. Question:	If I put unfolded 8.5 x 11 paper in a folder or envelope, is the top wide enough to hold without crimping or folding the top corners of the papers
Answer:	If you put it in a STURDY folder - yes. The folder would alter the shape of the pack a little bit - but it's doable. The backpack is not square - so it's not really meant to hold a folder or standard composition notebook. I have a hard plastic folder I sometimes carry that protects the paper fine.If you put loose paper or a flimsy folder (like a normal manilla filing folder) it will fold over on itself or crimp the edges.The largest "square" object you can put in here, without altering the shape of the backpack, is a macbook. I usually travel with a one-subject notebook, macbook 12" and my iPad Pro in the large compartment, then my phone, wallet, pens/pencils and other oddities in the other compartments. I don't mind my notebook "curving" a bit in transport - looseleaf paper will not survive. If I need to carry loose papers I bring them in my plastic folder, then the notebook doesn't curve. The backpack looks a little funky - but only if someone stares at it long enough.

These dimensions came directly from Dell where I purchased my laptop from. It fits in the laptop sleeve even when I leave the 2nd laptop sleeve that I have on it I cannot use the little velcro strap to hold it in place, but the laptop fits in there perfectly and doesn't really need the velcro to hold it in place

Question:	I want to monogram the bags on the big mickey head. Should i use vinyl or iron on
Answer:	I really don't know, but I think the heat from the iron may mess up the mickey head on the bag. It seems to be like a paint or something. The head is 3.5" across the widest part, so plan accordingly with your letters.
Question:	Is the material suitable for autograph
Answer:	Obviously you wouldn't sign the Black area in Black Sharpie, but the material will hold a permanent Sharpie Autograph. Maybe use a gold or silver Sharpie on the Black area? Not a bad idea, We think it would look great! If you buy it here and disagree, we'd be glad to refund the purchase.
Question:	can you put a regular size manila folder inside without having to fold it
Answer:	I don't have a Manila folder handy but am able to put a 12.5 x9.5 priority mail folder in as well as a standard rile folder. Hope that helps. These aren't big but a nice size for kids or adults with not a ton to carry. Very cute for gift bags.

Answer:	I have been using mine as a diaper bag for 3 months now, and I love it! The outside is easy to clean. It holds daughter's sippy cup and my water bottle. On the inside, I put my wallet, sunglasses, hand lotion, gum, chapstick, a few diapers, wipes, and a wipeable bib. Even with all of that, there is still a little room!
Question:	Do the autograph books hold pictures also, or is it just an autograph book
Answer:	I haven't cleaned mine, have carried it all over, and it doesn't look dirty. If that helps. And mine is the light gray one. Only downside is the cording along the seams on the bottom, the gray has worn off -- so there is brown showing thru. And I use it, but I'm not hard on it.
