The instructions with my watch were wrong, but these ones works: TO STOP/START THE HOURLY CHIME In Normal Time Mode, hold the RESET button while pressing the MODE button to toggle the hourly chime on and off. When all the days of the week are displayed, the hourly chime is on.

Question:	The instructions did not include directions related to the alarm. How do I turn it off
Answer:	Look at the words alarm/date in the circle at the bottom of the watch (just above where 6 hour would be.) If the word has a black background, the alarm is armed. Press both the date and the alarm button (both on the right side of the watch) at the same time. The black background should disappear. Now the alarm is turned off.To change the alarm time, press the mode button twice (bottom left button). You should see alarm time flashing on the right side of the watch (next to where 3 hour would be). You will also see A for am or P for pm. Press the alarm button (bottom right) to toggle between hour and minute of the alarm time. Use the date button (top right) to change the hour and minute of the alarm time. Press mode again (bottom left) to exit when you are finished setting the alarm time.To turn the hourly chime on/off press the alarm button (bottom right) and continue to hold it down. At the top of the watch (next to 12 hour) you will see a small circle with the days of the week. If the days are highlighted black, chime is on. If the days are not highlighted black, chime is off. Press and release the mode button (bottom left) while continuing to hold down the alarm button to change between chime on and chime off. Release both buttons when set the way you want it.Hope this helps! Had trouble getting a copy of the instructions from the company and this is what we figured out.

Answer:	The instructions are disastrous, you technically can but you’d have to mess with. I threw it it out and got the touch screen watch, so much easier for my toddler.

Answer:	In “Normal Time Display Mode”: First, continuously press 3-times the "MODE" button enter into "Time Adjust State", then Press 2-times the "RESET" button enter into "Hour Adjust State", then Press the "ST/STP" button until 12/24 Time System display on Screen, and then Press the "MODE" button once to back to “Normal Time Display Mode”
