Answer:	I would say yes. My son is 10 months & still wears the 6-12. He might have smaller feet since he’s a little on the smaller size but they’re great w/the elastic band to stay on. He tends to pull at them and step on them while cruising around the house.

Answer:	It really depends on how big or small your 24 month old is. My boy was very small until he was about 36 months. However they do run small, I ended up getting him the 2T/3T and they were fine. I wanted them longer for the winter months so that can tuck them way into his pants to prevent drafts on his back. Hope this helps.
