Answer:	Would not think so. The mouthguard has a piece that actually sticks out and be in front of your lips. That's fine for football since you wear a helmet. If you take a punch or kick to that mouthguard directly I'd expect it to break/tear or shift in your mouth. I also don't know if it would comply with regulations.
