Answer:	Super snug fit. The Velcro in the back gapped and it was uncomfortable and pulled across the shoulders. I added a stretchy 3 inch panel for my 5’10” 250 lb husband. Now, he can put it on like a T-shirt and it fits across shoulders. It will work great for him. The panel will be covered by a strongman costume.

Answer:	No, not really. It velcro straps in the back. But you won't notice the lack of padding in the back, as the chest and arms make you look very large.
