Answer:	Look at the words alarm/date in the circle at the bottom of the watch (just above where 6 hour would be.) If the word has a black background, the alarm is armed. Press both the date and the alarm button (both on the right side of the watch) at the same time. The black background should disappear. Now the alarm is turned off.To change the alarm time, press the mode button twice (bottom left button). You should see alarm time flashing on the right side of the watch (next to where 3 hour would be). You will also see A for am or P for pm. Press and hold RESET key for 2s to time setting state and “Second”flashing,press ST/STP key to zero; press MODE key to select item as following sequence: Second→Hour→Minute→Year→Month→Day b). Press ST/STP key to adjust the flashing item, c). Press RESET key to return to Real Time Mode. d). Press ST/STP key while the seconds are in the range of 30 to 59 resets them to 00 and adds 1 to the minutes.In the range of 00 to 59 resets them to 00 and adds to the minutes .In the range of 00 to 29,the minutes are unchanged. e). 12/24-Hour format:In the timekeeping Mode ,Use ST/STP key to toggle between 12-hour(12H)and 24-hour(24H) timekeeping.
