For the hours a "P" will show for the PM 12 hour cycle, although once set you will not see AM or PM. To save all of the above date and time settings, press the bottom function button one more time and it will show the new time.

Answer:	My wrist is 6 inches in circumference, and I use the 4th of 8 holes in the wristband. I would estimate that it would fit wrists between 5.25 to 7 inches in circumference.
