Answer:	you need a 1/4 inch chuck, I don't know if dremmel has that. This will work in a variable speed drill at a very low speed with water to reduce heat. I used it on ceramic tea pots ans flower pots it cut fast

Answer:	yes, they work fine I used a cordless drill on slow setting. they get hot, so you need to dip in water after about 8-10 seconds of drilling. i used about 5 bits per hole drilling porcelain tile. i was very satisfied with the results. I put a piece of painters tape on the tile and marked where to drill hole. once the glaze is cut through the holes drills slow and steady. the tape prevented the bit from walking.
