| Answer: | Yes, they do. However, it is "flat" drawstring, not a round one. I personally prefer the round ones but my 7-year old grandson does not yet have a preference about things like this. The drawstring is black with Starter printed on it continuously but on one side only. In addition, I bought the Medium size (8/10) so it is possible that the Extra Small in which you are interested does not have a drawstring. I say that because I ordered some dress shirts a few years ago (not Starter, of course) and had to send my original order back for a different size. However, the smaller size had fewer buttons down the front. It was not substantially smaller (just one size) but it crossed the threshold for when the number of buttons changed. So in this case, the Small size might have a drawstring but the Extra Small size may not. The thinking might be that someone that small is best suited with elastic only. With that said, however, the fact that the ones I purchased (mediums) have a draw string is probably a good indication that they all do. I certainly hope this helps and I am sorry for the confusion.
