Answer:	I don’t think so. I can’t speak to the larger sizes, but the infant sizes I purchased don’t have much protection for baby feet that would be standing/walking.

Answer:	I have the 12 months size for my baby who is 22 lbs. the sleeves are bit tighter but the body is perfect and comfy and he is big for his age( 80th percentile in weight)

Answer:	Nope, they're organic cotton. I can't say I've ever seen cotton jammies be treated with flame retardants. Polyester is because it would immediately melt to the skin. Cotton doesn't do that.
