Answer:	Yes - basically, toddler sizes tend to be shorter and wider while little girl sizes tend to be taller and more narrow. This dress is designed to fit an average size 3-4 year old child.
Question:	What size should I order if she wears a 6T
Answer:	This dress comes in a 2 size range so the size 6 is actually a 5-6 and the 8 is a 7-8. On a personal note I would go up to the 8 as you are probably going to find that its too short in the size 6. The X in these sizes gives the length. The only other option would be to order both the 6 and the 8 and return the one that you do not want to keep. Personally I would go with the 8 but you will of course have to decide.

Answer:	The dress we got our daughter fit her perfectly. We got the 12 months for her first birthday, and it was great. The ribbon is a bit flimsy though, so you might want to replace it.

Answer:	The infant size on this dress she is would be in the medium range right now. The medium range is a 6-12 month size. The large is a 12-18 month size. She is probably going to be right on the verge of going into the 12 - 18 month size but its hard to say with babies. I would reccomend if you can wait a month and see how much she grows or you can order both the sizes see how they fit now and you have about 30 days to return them. If I had to guess and choose I would go big and tie the sash tighter if needed. Babies do not like to feel constrained. Good luck hope some of this helped.
