Answer:	The SIM card was not included. I had one in the hot spot I have been using and just transferred it into the new one. I think the card has to come from the carrier you use. But, the hot spot works GREAT and the one I had for almost 3 years was also a ZTE. It's the only internet I have! I run 2 phones, 2 tablets, a kindle and a laptop off of it, sometimes several of those at once.

For example, I use a very expensive smartphone for gaming and the TV box won't play all the games that my smartphone can play. It's more like a try a see method. You must use a Bluetooth controller or some other gaming device along with the TV box on some games.

Answer:	I do not have plasma, but i do not see that -- that would make any difference, as long as the box is working and changes the digital to analog--and if this tv is a 2006, i would think that it has a digital ready input?? If so u do not need a converter box, just a good antenna and maybe a signal amplifier. If it does not have a digital input u would need the box and it should work fine. I use a converter box thru a vcr recorder, just so i can record on vcr tapes--otherwise i would not need one,cause i have digital ready input, which i use if not recording on vcr tape.

Answer:	An unlocked cell phone should work with any GSM service, such as T-Mobile and AT&T and any subsidiary of either of the two companies. So if SafeLink runs on the T-MOBILE network then it should work fine.

Answer:	ZTE got slammed by the US Justice dept in late April. Until and IF that gets straightened out most carriers won't activate or sell ZTE phones. Existing customers are grandfathered in. (Search for "Buyers told to steer clear of ZTE’s Android devices" and "ZTE's Android days may soon be over" Reuters (ARN) 20 April, 2018 Call your carrier BEFORE buying to see if they will activate it. Large security risks now exist when using this phone. The OTA update app doesn't work and their customer service can't/won't provide a link. On top of that, none of the 5 no root firewalls available work on this phone (they all work in 4 other of my devices and ZTE service was useless) so it is extremely vulnerable to security and privacy breaches. Just bought one? Return it.
