Answer:	We have only used this handset connected to a Cisco VOIP phone. We have to buy an additional cable to make it fully work. two wires come out of the back. One is power to an outlet. There is another model that hooks to both PC and phone and allows you to listen to items played on your PC.

Answer:	This phone doesn't have the mute function, but it has hold on music function. If you don't want the caller hear you, you can press the HOLD button , then the caller will hear music, and just press the HOLD button again to close the function. My father likes this phone. The speed dial function is very convenient to use, and the sound is better than other phones he used. Hope this is helpful.

Answer:	No, you don't need to buy battery. Just connect the phone with your phone jack. It is powered by the phone line. You don't need to buy any parts separaely.

Answer:	Ithe volume buttons can be used to adjust the sound level. there are bars on the menu pad that can be seen and go oup to 4 bars loudness. For me with hearing loss nearly total on left side and partial on the right side it works really well.

The New Picture Care Desktop Phone FC-0613 brought to you by Future Call is the newest picture phone model that makes sense. This phone has all the features that our previous picture care model FC-1007 has, including the ability to place pictures on buttons for ease of memory, 10 two-touch or 10 one-touch memory keys for number programming, bright LED lights for incoming calls and a red 911 key to easily access the authorities in an emergency situation. This device includes a volume Hi/Low/OFF switch which has been relocated to the back of the phone to prevent accidental changes from happening. The FC-0613 Model has a NEW FEATURE, a On/Off switch that prevents accidental reprogramming from occurring. If the ON-OFF switch is set to the OFF position, you will not be able to store any phone numbers to your desired memory button, making any attempt to overwrite an existing programmed memory button impossible. Answer:	Yes. You enter the number for the outside line first, for example "9", and then press the "Redial / Pause" button. Next follow the instructions to enter the phone number to call into memory. VERY simple. When you call the number using the memory function, it will dial "9" first and wait 2 seconds for another dial tone and then call the memory number.
Question:	will this hookup work with Century Link
Answer:	In 'standard mode', I think you push 'memory' then the picture/number and it dials the programmed number. There is a switch on the back that puts it in 'single button' mode where you just push on the picture and it dials the programmed number.
