Answer:	Looking at my Umidigi X right now, Dec 14, 2020, the software version is 1.0_20190912, the last security update of any kind was May 9, 2020. When this phone was originally sold, Umidigi indicated it was on the upgrade list from Android 9.0 to 10.0--obviously they did not fulfill that promise. If you purchase this phone and it has bugs, at this point, does not appear they are going to be resolved, that feels like an "as is" sale to me.

Answer:	The phone includes a screen protector and case with purchase. There are very few cases on Amazon, check there. Otherwise, try aliexpress, they have a lot to choose from.
