When this phone was originally sold, Umidigi indicated it was on the upgrade list from Android 9.0 to 10.0--obviously they did not fulfill that promise. If you purchase this phone and it has bugs, at this point, does not appear they are going to be resolved, that feels like an "as is" sale to me.
