Answer:	Cricket which operates on Att towers now require that some phones operate on Voip protocall, basically this is a higer version of 4glte , if your Blu g90 does not over this this may be why the cricket service is not working, Also' cricket has gotten to the place where they frown on customers using phones that are not cricket branded or Att branded phones. Answer:	If this is a GSM only phone then the phone is being misrepresented because it clearly states GSM and Verizon. AT&T and T-Mobile are GSM networks and Verizon and Sprint are CDMA networks. It even states in the product description that Verizon users may require help activating. So which is it: You're wrong (probably not since it is very unusual for a phone to truely support GSM and CDMA), or is the product misrepresented? This is what I'd like to know.

Answer:	The headphone jack is in combination with the charging port. Meaning a C-port converter is needed. They include a free pair of headphones and a converter too. The headphones are decent! N two free cases and screen protector. It really is a great buy.
