| Answer: | Scanning the slide was fast, just the click of a button. You put the slide in, view it and click. Then upload to computer. The only issue with this unit was the clearance for the slide. It was a tight fit for some slides so I needed pliers to pull some of them back out. There was no consistency in thickness of cardboard frame around each slide. The scan quality was excellent. I was scanning hundreds of slides going back to 1940 so it was a lengthy project but worth it. |

| Answer: | I have been scanning strips of negatives. A negative strip has to be at least 3 frames long, but if you have only one negative there is a single frame holder that you can use. The scanner has setting for negatives or slides. The negatives I have done so far have turned out fine when downloaded to my computer. BE careful of your fingertips on the negatives, one scan had a nice thumb print on it. Hope this helps. |

I am very careful with these headphones and don't open them wider than my head to put them on (meaning, I never "maxed out" the width on them, causing them to crack). I've only used them indoors and always store them in the case when not in use. I bought a Square 3-year warranty so am going to file a claim there but am pretty disappointed that this wasn't fixed. |

| Answer: | No. The majority, if not all the smartphones made for the last umpteen years have been either moisture-proof and/or water-prrof (up to so many feet). They even have smartphones that I have heard about that are capable of taking an underwater photo - neat, eh? Also just about all smartphones out there on the market for the last umpteen years have been made with gorilla-glass or some other super strength display that resists scratches and is less prone to being cracked when dropped from a reasonable height. Don't expect to drop a cell phone off the SEARS tower and expect to be OK though. That being said, with any electronic handheld device like phones, tablets, day planners, calculators, etc you should always practice being careful to protect your investment. |

As I understand it, WiFi-calling requires TMobile's customized firmware (which doesn't exist for this Sony phone), so WiFi calling apparently does not work on this phone. |
