| Answer: | Try holding two thumbs, on on each end of the top of the phone, whole cradling the phone in both hands, gently push down the right thumb it should pop the right edge out. Slowly push out the top end of phone without removing from whole case to access SD slot when done gently push phone back in case. Hope it works! |

So its not advisable to remove the case once you have the screen protector in place because it easily peels the sides off of the screen protector. Im still using my screen protector but now its full of bubbles and not fitted well but good enough to protect from scratches when i keep the phone in my pocket. I am curently searching for and wants to buy another screen protector that will best suit with this case. I am satisfied with this case though. I Dropped my phone multiple times, the case so far protected it. The buttons of this case are easy to press too. The clear back still shows the beauty of my gold colored s7. |

| Answer: | It gets greasy from the oils on your hands. I use microfiber cloth to wipe it clean and it's fine after that. Mine is starting to get yellow though. Overall it's a good case. I've dropped it a few times on concrete and nothing has happened to my phone. |
