Answer:	The buttons are not significantly raised on the case, but they are easy to distinguish. It feels different than the polycarbonate frame.

Answer:	The kickstand is plastic and it's not super sturdy. It's okay but it can break if used a lot or if it bends in the wrong direction. It does click in to place so it won't randomly open on you in your pocket.

Answer:	Yes I use Samsung pay all the time. I also wireless charge my phone with the case using the official Samsung charging pad. No probs.

Answer:	No, the back side of the watch is also bamboo and has 4 tiny screws and then the insignia of the maker. There's really no room to add anything. I suppose you could do something small around the perimeter of the back, but it would have to be done by someone who can use something like a dremel tool to engrave something tiny in the wood. I would attach a photo of the back but I can't here.

Answer:	Phone will lay flat if you center the ring on the back.

Answer:	Yes. I put one of the rectangular metal plates inside my case. I used scissors and cut enough of a notch so it does not cover the camera. I then used the adhesive side of the plate and adhered it at the top of the case. It works just fine with my magnetic car mount, and the wireless charging works well since the plate is adhered at the top of the case where it does not interfere with the wireless charging.

Answer:	That's a good question because I've had that with other cases too. Not this one. The input is cut out large enough to easily connect headphones. I use the Apple iPhones and there is a little space all around the connection once it is plugged in. I really think this is a terrific case.

Answer:	Pretty well to be honest, ever since I bought it (back in 2016) i've dropped it literally almost 100 times and not once did my screen and overall phone scratch or break.

Answer:	My wife had the same issue. I sanded a spot on the back of the case. Cut off a zip tie into a short strip. Then I mixed some 5 minute epoxy. I epoxied both ends of the short strip zip tie into generous dollops of epoxy, with a slight curve in the middle of the zip tie where no epoxy was present. Once it cured I attached a floating camera strap to the zip tie. The case and phone have been to the Bahamas, Grenada, and the Grenadines and it has worked perfectly. Easy fix.
Question:	Do any of the cases have a cord/lanyard opening? I like being able to use a feature like this while taking photos
Answer:	The case fits perfectly with the tempered glass screen protector. It doesn't touch it at all.
