| Answer: | I had the same problem, & no instructions or pics, you're just supposed to know somehow. First you have to take the rubberized outside rim off. Its rubbery & will stretch a bit so you can work it off bit by bit around the outside. Just be careful where certain parts of the rubber fit different parts of the inner hard plastic case, you don't want to rip off any protrusion you need. Once I figured out that the rubber part is separate from the hard plastic part of the case it wasn't too bad. After you work the rubbery part off, there are 2 'latches' in theory you would press down (or inward) on one side and pull apart the other side. I actually had to use a small flat screw driver & press inward with the flat side of the screwdriver in order to get it pushed in far enough for the top catch to be able to slide past it. There's one on each side of the case, I only needed to get one open and the other side released by itself. Good luck. I had the feeling if I gave it to a kindergartener they'd figure it out sooner than I did. |
