It’s at a slight angle but it feels just fine to me, & I’m fussy. I wish I bought this case a long time ago!!! I didn’t like the directions that came with it, so I looked on YouTube & watched someone’s video on installing it. No problem. I used an old guitar pick to gently take the case apart...so I could put my iPhone in it. If you’re a guy who trims his fingernails...you will need something thin, like a pick, eyeglass screwdriver, etc., to “peel off” the top part...then it’s easy after that. Great case!!!!

Answer:	Dear customer, here is the detailed instruction. 1. Remove the snap-on holster.  Simply pop it off using the large tab on the side. 2. Find an opening in the silicone slipcover. The most difficult part of removing the case is peeling off the flexible silicone layer. The best way to remove it is to start at the camera opening, the charging port, or a corner of the screen 3. Wedge a thin tool under the cover. If you can't fit your finger into one of these openings, you can use an old credit card. Stick it underneath the slipcover, and wiggle it back and forth until you can insert your finger into the gap. 4. Peel the silicone off carefully. Once you've wedged a corner open, you should be able to go around the phone pulling off the silicone. Note: You should be careful when removing the silicone from your open ports to avoid tearing any port covers. 5. Find the tension clips along the edge of the case. The case clips along the side that you can pop open with your fingers. There is typically a clip on each corner and in the middle. 6. Release one of the tension clips. Use your fingers to pop one of the tension clips open along the side of the case. If you can't get your finger under the clip, you may need to use a butter knife or a stiff credit card to get some leverage. The tension clips release from the bottom. Note: If using a tool to pry the clips open, lift towards the front of the case. Don't try to pull down, or you may break the plastic. Answer:	Yes, most of the surface is not a gummy silicone like others. It’s a smooth plastic on the back side. Also depends on the pants you wear. If you wear tight jeans, it maybe a little bit harder to slip in the pocket but for me, it works just fine

Answer:	It might be a tight fit for the metal plate to stick onto the phone. It's very possible that you can attach the metal plate to use with a magnet mount. Sticking it to the inside case probably wont work because the center of the inside back case has felt and it may not stick to it
Question:	How do I get the case apart on install on the phone. I'm ready to take a hammer to it
Answer:	First grab the edge of the softer material and pull it away from the top and bottom hard materials. This will separate them. Then after cleaning your phone screen , place the top and hard shell protectors on the phone and then, slide it in the outer shell that is a little softer. Make sure it fit snug and with no gap between the outer shell and the hard shells. This guarantess true dropping shock protection. If still have a difficult time with it, refer to YouTube video on the case installation. You will succeed as I did it the same way. Best of Success

Question:	Can a pop wallet be added to the back
Answer:	There is a built-in phone stand on the back. You would lose that I think.
Question:	Will the magnetic car phone holder work on this case
Answer:	I have found that a magnet does not work with this case. I believe that is because of the extra thickness in the back caused by the built-in phone stand. Also, A magnet holder requires you to attach a magnet strip to the phone itself, which Seems to disrupt the functioning of a wireless charger.
Question:	Purchased this case on 10-14-19. I like it but it cracked near the do not disturb switch. Can I get a replacement
Answer:	You have to contact the manufacturers website about a replacement!
Question:	What is the protection
Answer:	It is made for drop protection with up to 21 feet. We also ran an iPhone xr over in the case by a Tesla Model X, there is not ever a dent.
