Answer:	Unfortunately, no. This specific Commuter Series (bundled with the PopSockets PopGrip) was engineered for use with the iPhone 11 only and is not compatible with the iPhone 12. The two devices have different overall dimensions, so a case for one won't be compatible with the other. Although we don't currently offer a specific PopSockets bundle for Apple's latest and greatest, our Symmetry Series with an integrated PopSockets component is available for the iPhone 12 and can be found on the official OtterBox website.
Question:	Can you easily remove the screen protector? Can it pop out or would I have to cut it out
Answer:	The popsocket packaging has instructions on it. Just simply make sure the case is cleaned of dirt before peeling off the sticker back (it's a blue cover that is over the sticking) for the socket attachment and place on the case where you'd like it to be and simple as that. To get the socket off the attachment just push down and turn to the left and it should come off. If not YouTube has a ton of videos on how to attach and unattach the popsockets. Hope this helps.

Answer:	On my older Otters, I've pooped the screen out. The screen those had dumbed the picture quality terribly. But you can try a tempered glass style or even a privacy screen.

Answer:	I'm a realtor and constantly drop my phone. Down stairs, both wood and concrete, and have on more than one occasion just thrown my phone against a wall or across a room just to show people how effective this case is. The best part is that without the clip, the outer case is rubber, so it doesn't slide off of everything, which helps prevent more falls and drops. I popped the screen protector out and use a tempered glass screen protector from zagg.com. lifetime warranty. I've broken mine but saved my actual screen many many times. You buy the screen protector once for like 15 for the basic one and any time you need to replace it you pay 3.99 in shipping and they send you the new one with a postage paid envelope to mail the old one back. You just have to make sure you register it asap, and I had a code on a receipt from Verizon, where turns out it cost over twice as much as the zagg.com website. (Verizon charged me $40!), so definitely order that from them. But the otterbox defender is the best. The only thing that's been able to withstand me, my job, my clumsiness, or my black hole of a purse.

Answer:	No. The Commuter Series does not come with a belt clip/holster. We only make one for our Defender Series, and it's only compatible with that specific case series.

Answer:	The case itself does not have a screen protector. I have a screen protector on my phone and the case fits perfectly.
