I used an old guitar pick to gently take the case apart...so I could put my iPhone in it. If you’re a guy who trims his fingernails...you will need something thin, like a pick, eyeglass screwdriver, etc., to “peel off” the top part...then it’s easy after that. Great case!!!!

Question:	Does it work for the commuter
Answer:	The case I just got appears genuine to me. It is replacing my daughter’s almost identical one. Because of the packaging, I initially thought it was a knock-off. However, I put it side by side to her old one. We bought the first one at the Verizon store when we got the phone. All of the curves, edges, dust covers, grooves, stamping and and markings are identical. The only differences I can see are the actual numbers and letters printed inside. For instance, the old one has a circle with “7111 A” - the new one has “7111 B”. Also the color schemes are a little different. I will write a review in a while and include some side by side pictures. I have what I’m pretty sure is a really good knock off that some one gifted me. Even though it’s a good fake, you can pick up on the differences pretty easily.

Answer:	The one I purchased is for the Samsung Tab S2 8". If you have the 9.7", make sure the ProCase you order (specs) say that it fits the 9.7 model. The 8" and 9.7" require a different size case. The ProCase is very nice and I would recommend it given the right size for your tablet.

Answer:	Hello, Some customers had success with installing pop sockets but because of the textured back, there is less surface area to hold the pop socket. It is not an ideal case for a pop socket. However, if you do decide to use a popsocket, please use a stronger adhesive glue, such as Super Glue or Krazy Glue. Sincerely, Crave Team

Answer:	No is not compatible with the iPhone 5c. The case only works with iPhone 5,5s.

Answer:	I ordered this for my husband's Se series iphone and it did work. Remember your phone must also be encased in the Otterbox Defender protective cover. If you are trying to use with an iphone not encased in this cover (just simple iphone) it will be too big.
