It’s at a slight angle but it feels just fine to me, & I’m fussy. I wish I bought this case a long time ago!!! I didn’t like the directions that came with it, so I looked on YouTube & watched someone’s video on installing it. No problem. I used an old guitar pick to gently take the case apart...so I could put my iPhone in it. If you’re a guy who trims his fingernails...you will need something thin, like a pick, eyeglass screwdriver, etc., to “peel off” the top part...then it’s easy after that. Great case!!!!

Answer:	The Defender Series (Realtree graphic or otherwise) has an outer synthetic rubber slipcover and an inner plastic lid/base assembly. We have many different case models, but as one example of contrast, our Symmetry Series is a one-piece design that is comprised of a polycarbonate (plastic) backing with synthetic rubber edges that are molded together.

Answer:	The Defender Series for iPhone 12 Pro Max is comprised of four distinct components: An inner polycarbonate lid/base assembly (2 pieces that attach to each other around the device), a synthetic rubber outer slipcover, and a belt clip/holster that is optional for use.

Answer:	No the magnet strength isn’t strong enough to penetrate the case but I found that I would much rather have my 1500 dollar phone safe and secure and not be able to use the magnet features plus it’s a new feature that we have never had in the past so I don’t feel like I’m missing out. Plus there isn’t anything cool or special about the magnet feature to make me want to downgrade my protection just so something can stick to my phone. Not sure why people say that it blocks the charging I have not had trouble with any of my iPhones using a defender case and a wireless charger. Doesn’t matter if it’s a cheap Chinese off brand or an official apple one the wireless charging always works but I found that it’s always made my phones feel warm to the touch when using a wireless charger even without the case so I have always stuck with old fashion plug in. Having wireless charging is also something I wouldn’t think twice about giving up to have this level of protection. I would rather be able to have my phone fall out of my sweatshirt on my street bike going 80mph and know that I just need to find the phone not even thinking for a second if it’s ok becuase I know this case will protect it. It takes literally a couple seconds if that to plug the dang thing in.. if that’s too much of an issue for someone I think they have worse things to worry about in their life. If you want to know that when you drop your phone it’s safe then this is your case if you use your phone a huge amount of time through the day or have a habit of dropping your phone or leaving it in your lap when you stand up or work outside or hard environments then this is your case. If your worried about how soft your hands are and where your moisturizer is and if the magnets on the back of your phone are what get you off for the day then I’d probably go find a thinner pink case with sparkles and glitter so you can show off your magnetic phone.

Question:	how do you break open the case to insert the phone
Answer:	This is not an easy procedure; you should request a copy of the instructions from the OEM. There are plastic tabs on the sides that can be gently drawn back, allowing your phone to be inserted and the case securely closed. Once the phone is encased, this is a very durable system. I repeat: get a copy of the instructions and proceed carefully.

Answer:	If you're talking about the charge lid at the base, it does not fit properly unless you mees with it. Outside of that, the case is OK but assembly instructions are not very clear. I had trouble installing my phone, but I am 76.

Answer:	If you are talking about setting it up on your new phone, I did that before I got my case. However, my touch ID has worked fine since I put the case on. Just press firmly for a second, then back off and hold your finger lightly there for a couple of seconds. A few times I have had to do it twice, but it normally works just fine. I hope this helps.
