Question:	Is there any guarantee with this protector? I'm talking about the S9 phone. Anybody had trouble installing it
Answer:	Definitely I would measure your dog and strictly go by that. I have a malti poo and he was a little bigger than the measurement indicated for a small size. I went with a medium and it’s a little big but better than being too small. Best if your measurements fall in the middle of the range as there’s about 3” of Velcro. I hope this makes sense. Otherwise I really love the quality of it.
Question:	Does having this screen protector reduce fingerprints on the screen
Answer:	I think so. I have a size small for my 11 lb. fur ball and it still has room in it.

Answer:	Possibly, You might need to have it altered after you receive it. We had to have ours altered since our boy has a deep chest also. They are very soft and might be worth the expense of having the coat custom fitted. Hope this helps.

Answer:	You should order the XXXL. With the Velcro fasteners it is easy to adjust. Our dog has a 28 inch chest and the XXL was too small. It is a nice coat though very plush and warm.

Answer:	It is thin glass. It is not a bendable film. It is rigid.
Question:	Is it compatible with Otterbox defender case
Answer:	I tried it with an Otterbox case. The edges just about came into contact with the case and it made noises every time I touched a particular corner. I had the phone in my pocket without the case, and when I pulled it out, the protector fell off on the floor. I later noticed the adhesive was just on the edges of the screen, which explains a lot of the problem. If you install it just right, it may be ok, but the tray they give you to install it gives too much leeway to get it just right.
Question:	Does this item have any warranty included
Answer:	You get a card with warranty info. Go to the website, join and register using your Order ID. It looks like you get one free replacement with lifetime warranty.
Question:	Will this work with the Otter Defender phone case
Answer:	It initially appears to work with the OtterBox Defender, but after a short time (in my case, a week or so) the protector will pop off the screen. I contacted the seller regarding this, and they advised that this screen protector is incompatible with the OtterBox Defender case.

Answer:	Yes. Just make sure you don't have a water resistant case. The robust lightning connector will not work in some of them due to the recessed port to keep water out.

Answer:	Its definitely stick to your fingers if u use your hand. And I hv to wash my hand. Thats why I use a brush but even the brush also keep depositing the foundation. I am not an expert in makeup, but I hv dry skin and do not use powder on top of foundation. It has a natural look and finish. I do use a light moisturizer before the foundation though.
