Answer:	It is waterproof up to the manufacturers specified depth and duration. I have personally recorded video and taken pictures underwater in a pool. It's worth nothing that the touch screen function does not work under water. This has to do with the way the screen works off of your electrical system in your body.

Answer:	I’ve only had this for a week, but so far it’s one of the best things I’ve purchased in a very long time. Yes! The fingerprint recognition works just fine. It’s at a slight angle but it feels just fine to me, & I’m fussy. I wish I bought this case a long time ago!!! I didn’t like the directions that came with it, so I looked on YouTube & watched someone’s video on installing it. No problem. I used an old guitar pick to gently take the case apart...so I could put my iPhone in it. If you’re a guy who trims his fingernails...you will need something thin, like a pick, eyeglass screwdriver, etc., to “peel off” the top part...then it’s easy after that. Great case!!!!

Question:	Why won't the screen protector lay flat
Answer:	It does lay flat on the screen. There is a spacer with a balast over the speaker holes where it raises up. That's so you can hear the speaker. It's an air tigh case if it layed flat you wouldn't be able to hear anything.

Answer:	I can't get the touch ID to work when my phone is in the case. The case also doesn't allow me to add a finger with the case on. How can I get it to work?

Also, the screen protector does not lay flat against the surface of the phone. It is raised off of it a bit. I wonder if this isolation creates an issue with the microphone.
