If the dog poops on it, you will need to clean it right away otherwise it will smell. The turf is removable so it can be cleaned in a sink using the cleaners that come with it or soap and water. Answer:	Greetings all, this is Kathy Hillman from Piddle Place. As it says all on our website, we will certainly replace damaged units, and do everything possible to make a customer happy. We invented the Piddle Place for people like myself that worked long hours, and were not always there to walk their dog, or when weather did not allow for outdoor strolls with your furry friend. Answer:	I have a 12lb Italian Greyhound pup that's been using it since I obtained him (4 months) and based on my experience I will say it's based I how your dog does his business. Most of times, he shoots and scores and sometimes his aim is quite off. Answer:	This works amazing. No yucky pads moving all over the floor. Like any potty training equipment take your puppy to the holder with the pad fastened down then leave sitting on pad. My dog after a couple weeks knew to go where her scent was. Now anytime she did her big business I immediately changed the pad! I'm not one to keep poo sitting around. No matter what once a week I pulled the pad and wiped down the holder with antiseptic and let dry. My dog no longer uses the pads. When I would see her go to the pad I would pick her up and take her out. When I was not pay in attention she would use the pad. Win-Win

Answer:	It measures 25.2" x 18.9" so if your crates internal measurements are more than that you're fine. Though, you wouldn't want your entire crate to have this over the bottom, as that would defeat the purpose of crate training.

It’s at a slight angle but it feels just fine to me, & I’m fussy. I wish I bought this case a long time ago!!! I didn’t like the directions that came with it, so I looked on YouTube & watched someone’s video on installing it. No problem. I used an old guitar pick to gently take the case apart...so I could put my iPhone in it. If you’re a guy who trims his fingernails...you will need something thin, like a pick, eyeglass screwdriver, etc., to “peel off” the top part...then it’s easy after that. Great case!!!!
