Question:	How do I remove the case without breaking it
Answer:	The rubber outer case must be gently worked off - tweezers or small screwdriver helps - then placing both hands on phone gently twist the hard plastic case in a slow & gentle rocking back & forth motion and pull off. It should not break - it is very resilient.
