Answer:	on the back of the case in the middle is a stand. You would have to remove the stand in order to put a magnet on the back.

Answer:	Hi, take off the black hard part first (gently pry from one of the black corners), then put your phone in the inside the soft case, then push the hard black portion back on.

Answer:	My otter box is for an I phone, and I have had no problems getting it plugged in for a charge. The Cover has a tendency to want to spring shut, however, I have figured out how to hold it while plugging the jack into the phone and have had no problems at all. Hope this helps.
