Answer:	Sadly, this is a common issue. Myself and others have purchased a blue tooth to ensure the other party can hear. When you use a Bluetooth that problem is solved. Sadly, the barriers that are supposed to prevent water from entering seem to prevent people from hearing each other as well. Deems the phone useless for most! Good Luck.
